The BenefitWallet app is a secure, interactive mobile
application for members to access their account
information. Log in to the app with your existing
BenefitWallet User ID and password. Then, you can:
• View your account balances and transaction history
• View your filing cabinet of claims and documentation
• Upload photos of documentation
• View, access, submit and pay claims
• Access online bill pay
• Access FAQs and eligible expenses
• Tap to call the BenefitWallet Service Center
